Article 1 (Principle)
Credit is a prepaid balance topped up by card. From the moment of top-up it is usable only within the service, and consumed credit is not refundable. Refunds apply only to the unused balance.
Article 2 (Requesting a Refund)
- Customers may request a refund by emailing billing@ed1th.dev. The amount is calculated from the unused balance at the time of the request.
- Refunds are processed as card cancellations to the original payment method. Payment fees that the Company cannot recover (e.g., card cancellation fees) may be deducted.
- Top-ups unused within 7 days of payment are cancelled in full.
Article 3 (Non-refundable)
- Credit already consumed
- Remaining credit on accounts suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms or AUP (Terms Article 8)
- Promotional credit granted free of charge
- Top-ups older than one year from the payment date (expired under Article 4)
Article 4 (Expiry)
Credit expires one year after the last top-up. Notice is sent by email 30 days before expiry. Expired credit is not refunded.
Article 5 (Metering)
Usage is metered per minute and deducted from credit. Only time up to instance stop is billed; customers are not charged for unused time.
